Oil Well Downhole Slickline Rope Socket Pear Drop Type Wireline Tools
The Pear Drop Rope Socket is a sort of rope socket applied for oil well downhole wireline service. The pear drop rope sockets are used for connecting the downhole test instruments or the downhole tools to the slickline. Rope Sockets are used as a means to connect wireline to the tool string. Since the steel wire rotates in the hoel, it is required that the inner part of the rope socket connected with the steel wire can rotate freely relative to the main body of the rope socket, that is, the wire rope rotates when the steel wire rotates downhole. And the connecting tool string below it can rotate without rotation or little rotation, avoiding the downhole tool tripping due to rotation, causing tool falling accident
